What is the best lip balm/medicine for alll the time chapped lips?

My lips are reallly dry and gross, but whenever I wear lip balm it doesnt work very well.

Soft Lips or vaseline. Even better, try a butter for lips. Those work like a miracle and you won't have that yucky white stuff at the corner of your mouth.
What i do is get some chapstick first.


Then take a paper towel or wash cloth and slightly wet it. Then rub it on your lips then apply the chapstick
Take a new toothbrush and put Vaseline on them. Then scrub your lips gently with them. It totally works. Then everyday apply Burt's Bee's lip balm about 5 times a day.
Carmex is the absolute best and it is not expensive!
medicated chapstick is the best for me.


Try to keep from licking your lips(unconsciously) cuz that makes it way worse!
carmex. put it on right before you go to sleep. wake up with soft, unchapped lips!

defently burts bee's lip balm. it has great colors and it hepls your chapped lips. i know because i have chapped lips all the time and i love wearing lip gloss but burts bees is a lip gloss and chapstick in the same container. you can get it at any drugstore or even a cosmetics store!
I like Aveeno chapstick.

I just asked the pharmacist earlier today. Blistex Lip Medex and I got it and have been using it. My lips were extremely chapped - almost felt swollen this past week.





So far so good. It was only $1 and a few cents.





I've been drinking quite a bit of water, but the culprit is probably the heat having been on lately, and I did try a new long-wearing lipstick. I definitely won't use that lipstick until spring thaw!
what i do is every night before i go to bed i put on chapstick. u'll get softer lips in a few days!!!! GOOD LUCK!!! :)
