Is there a LIP PLUMBER thats a chap stick? ?

i dont like lip gloss..well i do i just want a chap stick that will plump my lips, OR make it incredibly soft.

Ok, these are all good answers but from a makeup artist, if there is a chap stick you like just put it on and try a dab of cinnamon on your lips. Cinnamon is what is in all of these products that plump. Just a suggestion.
