Survey:Lip balm or chap stick?

BLISTEX! the liquid kind in the white tube..thats all i will use, nothing else works for meSurvey:Lip balm or chap stick?
IF the real issue here is the frigid dry cold then I would opt for Chapstick....outside that is...and inside lip balm.... it can feel like a paper cut, and that is NOT fun, to not have your lips protected in the freezing weather! I use Chapstick outside...and a lighter version of it, aka Lip Balm (or in my case Lipstick) inside.
