What's the best lip balm out there for really chapped lips?

i use the original chapstick which is the one with black cover and pink inside it really helps.... when carmax dries after like 5 min it gets worse so carmax sucksWhat's the best lip balm out there for really chapped lips?
use a chapstick that doesn't have petrolum in it. try going to a health food store and get something natural. i like burt's bees beeswax.

I have had this problem my whole life until I strarted using carmex. It is typically for cold sores but it works on chapped lips. Also start drinking a lot more water because you are probably a little dehydrated.

Honey. Apply to your lips and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, try not to lick it off in the meantime. When you brush your teeth brush your lips too, it helps exfoliate the dead skin. Do this a couple times a day for a few day and your lips should be soft as ever.
Other brands try, but nothing beats good old Carmex.
