Can swallowing lipstick, chap stick, or lip balm with sun protective factor (SPF) cause cancer overtime?

Uhm. I'm sure it's possible. The actual act of breathing (well, metabolizing oxygen in the Krebb's cycle) causes cancer. But I doubt you will ever find a study that looks at the effects of eating chap stick on cancer rates. Bottom line is, everything causes cancer. But I wouldn't be worried about potential cancer from the little bit of chapstick/sunscreen/facial moisturizer you accidentally eat everyday. Unless you are eating it on purpose, then I would say cancer shouldn't be your biggest worry.
