MY LIPS LOOK NOT DRY, BUT JUST PINK/ KINDA WHITEISH...AND
ONE OF MY FRIENDS HAS STUNNING HEALTHY LOOKING READ LIPS....
HOW DO I GET MINE TO TURN RED AS WELL.??

im sorry but thats just genetics! if you were born with that color lips but don't want to use lipstick or a lip stain then you can't do much to it unless you want to like bite ur lips to make them red. but seriously there isn't much you CAN DO WITHOUT LIPSTICK OR MAKEUP!!!
